Interior Remodel - Manhattan, NY

This four-story residence sits on an extremely steep 3-Acre site overlooking Scotch Plains and the surrounding valleys. The entrance from the street is at the mezzanine level overlooking a two-story living room and family room area with a massive stone fireplace. A metal framing and glass bridge leads from the mezzanine level to a panoramic viewing area originally conceived as an inspirational painting and sculpting space for the homeowners. The windows throughout the house are all cedar framed and manufactured in Arizona. The roof and the exterior of the house are entirely clad in Vermont slate. The in-ground infinity edge pool and hot tub are lined up with glass tiles and surrounded by a beautiful Jerusalem stone terrace and parapet.

Project budget: $ 2.4 Million   -   Project size: 12,000 Square Feet
