The entrance from the street is at the mezzanine level overlooking a two-story living room and family room area with a massive stone fireplace. A metal framing and glass bridge leads from the mezzanine level to a panoramic viewing area originally conceived as an inspirational painting and sculpting space for the homeowners. The windows throughout the house are all cedar framed and manufactured in Arizona. The roof and the exterior of the house are entirely clad in Vermont slate.
